This "cloud signing" ceremony also marked the rise of the curtain for the new year's major investment, construction and development in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture.

At the signing ceremony that day, there were 12 projects with a total investment of more than 100 million RMB yuan and 4 projects with a total investment of more than 1.5 billion RMB yuan. Among them, the silicon carbide single-wafer chip project of Lianyungang Liangjing New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. of Jiangsu Province seized the largest investment project with a total investment of 2 billion RMB yuan.

In recent years, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture attaches great importance to the development environment, focuses on cultivating a modern industrial system, and deeply promotes the "Optimizing Business Environment Construction Year" activity. The autonomous prefecture has formulated 10 measures for optimizing the business environment, involving approval, relieving difficulties, reducing taxes and fees, and optimizing services.

It is learned that in 2021, there will be 372 projects planned to start construction in Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, with a total investment of over 187.43 billion RMB yuan. As of the end of January, the prefecture has implemented 55 investment promotion projects, with 1.245 billion RMB yuan in place.
