Silk Road International Resort: The new snow season will be started on November 6, 2021

“We plan to open up this year’s new snow season on November 6, 2021 depending on weather conditions.” Said Xue Wenjun, deputy general manager of the Silk Road International Resort on November 4, 2021.

After an artificial snow making in mid-to-late October, a new one was started again in the evening of November 3, 2021 in the resort.

It is learned that the international resort has added 86 new snow making machines, 4,000 meters of snow making pipelines, and built No.7 cable car. At present, the No.7 cable car standing columns have been set up, the installation and adjustment will be started when steel cables and cabins are available, and a new ski run will be constructed accordingly.

By that time, ski fanciers can take cable cars to check into the Sunshine Valley Home-stay, and ski into the ski run from the gate of the home-stay.

Biyun International Ski Resort: We are looking forward your patronage on November 13, 2021

Located in Urumqi County, Urumqi City, northwest China’s Xinjiang, Baiyun International Ski Resort starts to make artificial snow on the morning of Nov. 4, 2021, with 10 snow making machines working simultaneously. By 12:00 a.m., ten centimeters of snow covers the resort.

Chen Liansheng, president of Baiyun International Ski Resort said, “We plan to put primary, intermediate and tubing slopes to use on Nov. 13, 2021.”

As the new snow season coming, except for more than a thousand new ski equipment, Baiyun International Snow Resort will set up three more conveyor belts, one of which will open for children only. Besides, there are new winter entertainment facilities for children waiting for you.

Keketuohai International Ski Resort: Sixteen ski runs are fully put into use

"After a few days of snow, it clears up finally today. Since the sixteen ski runs in the resort are fully put into use, 424 fanciers have been attracted here by 5 p.m. today." Said Wang Lei, general manager of Taiyun Tourism Investment Company, a subsidiary of Xinjiang Altay Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., on November 4, 2021.

The resort started artificial snow making on September 5, 2021, and the new snow season was launched on October 1, 2021. At present, artificial snow is still making on the primary slopes. A chairlift ropeway and six ski runs have been newly put into service in 2021, providing more choices and better experiences for fanciers.

Jiangjunshan International Ski Resort: wax on ski boards is to be scraped around November 13, 2021

Located in Altay City, Altay Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang, Jiangjunshan International Ski Resort started snow making for the new snow season at 10:00 p.m. on November 3, 2021. At present, there are more than 40 snow making machines running, and over 60 more machines will be put into operation gradually according to the weather condition. Shi Zhiqiang, director of Jiangjunshan International Ski Resort and deputy general manager of Xinjiang Altay Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd., said, “The new snow season has started the countdown, wax on ski boards is to be scraped on November 13, 2021 depending on the weather condition.”

Songshutang Ski Resort: New snow entertainment facilities will be put into service

“Snow making and opening time in 2021 is expected to be around the same time as in previous years.” said Wang Guowei, director of East Tianshan Scenic Spot Operation and Management Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Hami East Tianshan Cultural and Tourism Investment (Group) Co., Ltd..

Songshutang Ski Resort, located in Baishitou Township, Yizhou District, Hami City, northwest China’s Xinjiang, plans to make artificial snow around November 8, 2021, and start the new snow season in early December. Except for ski, snowboard and snow tubing, new snow entertainment facilities are set up in 2021, such as snowmobile, snowtank and snow “flying disk” (sitting on ski ring dragged by click drive arm around a fixed range), as well as some ice entertainment such as ice bicycle and horse-drawn sled.

Longshan Ski Resort: We build a new snow tubing landscape bridge

Longshan Ski Resort, located in Karamay City, northwest China’s Xinjiang, is expected to open around December 10, 2021. According to Zhu Ruifeng, president of Longshan Ski Resort, not only ski runs have been renovated, but also the lights, building a beautiful night scene of the snow resort for fanciers.

In addition, Longshan Ski Resort has built a snow tubing landscape bridge of more than 100 meters long, helping tourists take photos more easily on the bridge. The snow tubing track has also increased to 450 meters from 300 meters last year.

Bingfeng Ski Resort: we build a new ski equipment hall

Located in Dushanzi District, Karamay City, northwest China’s Xinjiang, Bingfeng Ski Resort is expected to start artificial snow making around November 20, 2021, and began operation in early December. According to Yang Junyan, general manager of Bingfeng Ski Resort, the newly-built ski equipment hall is able to enter service in December, 2021. In addition, new snow entertainments will be put into service in this year, such as snow dragon boat, snow bumping car and snow bicycle.

Tiereke Hot Spring Ski Resort: We mainly offer skiing entertainments for masses

Located in Baicheng County, Aksu Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang, Tiereke Hot Spring Ski Resort plans to start artificial snow making around November 13, 2021, and the new snow season around November 23, expected to be a few days earlier than in last year. Hu Chao, general manager of the ski resort introduced that they mainly offer skiing entertainments for masses, and add new entertainments such as children skiing and snowboarding.
