Host: Good morning, everyone! I’m Hailati, the host of this press conference.

Host: Recently, the anti-China forces in the United States and several western countries have made false assertions of “genocide” in China’s Xinjiang. This is an absurd lie of the century, an insult and violation to the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, and a serious trample on international law and the basic norms of international relations. China is a unified multi-ethnic country. According to the Constitution and the Law of Regional National Autonomy, the legitimate rights and interests of ethnic minorities have been fully protected, and the equality, unity, mutual assistance and harmonious relations among ethnic groups have been effectively maintained. At the same time, Xinjiang fully guarantees the reproductive rights of ethnic minorities. Governments at all levels implement various policies to benefit the people, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, and promote family happiness, national prosperity and social progress. There is never such a thing as “genocide” in Xinjiang. The lie will be refuted by the fact that people of various ethnic groups in Xinjiang are leading a happy life.

Host: In the streets and alleys of Xinjiang, children of all ethnic groups dressed neatly, running and playing everywhere, and their faces are filled with bright smiles. In the embrace of the motherland, the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang live a happy life.

Ibadat Awulla, a 33 year old Uygur woman from the countryside of Yutian County, Hotan Prefecture, is the mother of three children. Two sons and a daughter are lively and lovely. They study together, draw together and play together every day. The family is very vibrant. Ibadat Awulla and her husband run a grocery store with stable income and guaranteed life. When the children's father, Matsidiq Mamtimin, come back from the store, he always brings a lot of snacks for the children. Ibadat Awulla said, "I love this happy and warm home." Let's take a look at these three lively babies.

Host: Mihribangul Reyim from Artux City, Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture and Zulpiya Rozi from Kuqa City, Aksu Prefecture have two sons each. The children have very different personalities, naughty and lovely; they accompany and help each other, grow up happily, and live a lively and happy life. Let's take a look at these two happy families.

Host: Muhiat Seyit from Fuyun County of Altay Prefecture is an ethnic Kazakh. He has a happy family of four. He and his wife run a gem shop in Fuyun County of Altay Prefecture. Ayakoz Muhiat, the daughter of Muhiat Seyit, was admitted to the Law School of Xinjiang University with excellent results and enjoyed high-quality higher education, which is the pride of the whole family. His son, Tilek Muhiat, has strong hands-on ability and likes to do handicrafts. In Muhyat Sayit's heart, both children are his most precious gems.

Host: The anti-China forces in the United States and some western countries are madly fabricating all kinds of lies and falsely alleging Xinjiang of "compulsory sterilization", which is completely nonsense. All ethnic groups in the People's Republic of China are equal and the reproductive rights of ethnic minorities are fully guaranteed. The reproductive rights of women of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are of their own accord! Women of all ethnic groups work and live freely and comfortably.

Nasiliman from Bohu County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture is an ethnic Mongolian. She and her husband have two children and now live in the city. On weekends, they often take their children to visit her father in the camel breeding area. While visiting the elderly, the two children are close to nature, experience riding camels, and learn to live in harmony with animals.

Host: Kulayihan Yesei, a Kazakh woman from Hutubi County, Changji Hui Autonomous Prefecture, has two lovely and clever daughters and is about to give birth to her third baby. Her husband is very considerate. He accompanies her to do prenatal examination, helps with housework, tutors her two daughters in their study, and arranges family chores in order. The whole family is looking forward to the arrival of the new baby.

Host: Recently, the anti-China forces in the United States and some western countries have ignored the well-being brought by the development of education in Xinjiang to the people of all ethnic groups, slandering Xinjiang with “genocide” allegations. In fact, Xinjiang attaches great importance to education, adheres to the priority development of education, achieves higher level of popularization and higher quality development of all kinds of education at all levels, and the overall level of education is in the best and fastest development stage in history. Governments at all levels continue to increase investment, continue to implement the project of education benefiting the people, and make every effort to ensure that every child has the right to equal schooling, equal access to education and equal enjoyment of a wonderful life. It is no exaggeration to say that China's ethnic minority policy is much better and fairer than that of the United States. Ethnic minorities in China are much happier, equal and dignified than those in the United States. It is absolutely absurd that the anti-China forces in the United States and some western countries fabricated such a big lie as "genocide". The masses of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang express strong indignation and resolute opposition to this. Next, let's take a look at the true story of Xinjiang’s ethnic minority children enjoying good family education, social education and a happy life.

Host: Arkin Obul, from Kashgar City, Kashgar Prefecture, has three children. The eldest daughter, Saimire Arkin, is a middle school student. She also has a lovely brother and sister. The three siblings have a common hobby, that is, they like hip-hop dancing. Their parents also support their interests and hobbies and often take them to hip-hop clubs to study. With the love of hip-hop dance and the company of family, the three children of Saimire Arkin have a very happy childhood!

Host: Accompanied by the sound of the music, the whole family is dancing happily. This is Gulilalai Yilier's versatile family in Yining City, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture. Gulilalai Yilier is using the camera to record the happy life of the whole family. Gulilalai Yilier's father is a community cadre. He teaches her lovely sister to play the piano at home. Her mother is a teacher. She is busy preparing food. Everyone's face is full of happy smiles.

Host: In Xinjiang, the living standards of people of all ethnic groups are constantly improving. Many parents pay more attention to cultivating their children's all-round development and support their children to develop their own interests and hobbies. Tuoerxuan is a junior high school student in Urumqi. This beautiful Hui girl began to learn Guzheng at the age of 6 and has been learning for 8 years. Under the careful cultivation of her parents, Tuoerxuan not only plays the Guzheng well, but also knows how to dance. Tuoerxuan is full of gratitude to her parents. Her dream is to enter the film academy and study film editing and directing. This lively little girl is working hard for her dream!

Host: Through watching these 9 short video clips, I believe that all journalists have a certain understanding of the real life conditions and relevant policies for benefiting the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. Today, Xinjiang enjoys all-round economic and social development, the overall social situation remains stable, the people of all ethnic groups live and work in peace and contentment, and the population development is balanced and healthy. The anti-China forces in the US and some western countries fabricated the deceptive lie of so-called "genocide" in Xinjiang in an attempt to deceive the international community, mislead international public opinion and hinder China's development and progress. This sinister plot is doomed to fail. We hope that the anti-China forces in the US and some western countries will stop attacking and smearing us. We hope they treat the development and changes of Xinjiang objectively and fairly with unbiased evaluation of the policies adopted by the Chinese government to stabilize, govern and enrich Xinjiang.

Today’s press conference concludes here. Thank you, friends from the media!
