In 2019, 1.129 billion yuan was invested to build the "one city and two counties" urban and rural drinking water safety project in Kashgar Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang. At present, the project has been completed and put into use, benefiting more than 1 million people of all ethnic groups along the project.
