With a total length of 293 kilometers and a drainage area of 15,600 square kilometers, the Bortala River is a typical "living heritage". In recent years, Bortala Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture has launched the construction of the Bortala River green ecological corridor, and has invested more than 100 million yuan to build and improve wetland parks and riverside parks, complete 20 kilometers of greening along the river, and improve supporting service facilities. After completion, it will become a Bortala River landscape and a water system corridor integrating leisure, fitness and entertainment. (Photo by Hu Weibin)
