Shiliuyun-Xinjiang Daily (Reporter Lv Yihan) news: On November 13, 2023, the Yuejin 3-3XC well of the Shendi-1 project stands in the endless Populus euphratica forest in Shaya County of Aksu Prefecture, at the edge of the Taklimakan Desert in northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The key oil and gas project of China's "Shendi Project", the Yuejin 3-3XC well of the Shendi-1 project with a depth of 9,432 meters, sets a new record as the deepest well in Asia, and provides core technology and equipment reserves for China's exploration for 10,000 meters deep.
