On October 25, 2024, content creators from various countries participated in the "A Date with China · Meet Xinjiang" media tour visited Bosten Lake, the largest inland freshwater lake in China in Bohu County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
In autumn, Bosten Lake is surrounded by golden reeds. The water birds dance gracefully on the wide expanse of mist-covered waters.
By the lake, there are people selling naan for feeding waterbirds. Sunuoyi, a content creator from Spain, has also joined the ranks of feeding naan to seagulls. Sunuoyi exclaimed excitedly that there are also many seagulls in his hometown, and when he was a child, he loved feeding them. When he came to Xinjiang, he didn't expect the seagulls here to like to eat naan.

Bosten Lake is located in Bohu County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, and is the largest inland freshwater lake in China. Its main source of water is the Kaidu River, and it is also the source of the Kongque River.
The scenery of Bosten Lake is magnificent, integrating the landscape of desert and rivers. The scenic area is divided into two parts. The large one is the Dahekou scenic area on the west bank, characterized by fishing culture and folk customs. The small one boasts the largest wild lotus group in our country, with a vast wild lotus group growing alongside natural reeds by the water.
It is reported that the 239.2 kilometer long road around Bosten Lake, which integrates natural scenery and cultural landscapes, was opened in mid-September this year. The section of the road around Bosten Lake in Bohu County crosses deserts, Gobi, saline alkali beaches, and wetlands, connecting numerous scenic spots such as Bosten Lake, Lianhai World and Bailuzhou of Bosten Lake, forming a wonderful tourism route.
