Surat was determined to achieve hamburger freedom after having his first hamburger in junior high school. Through continuous learning and gaining experience by working in different restaurants, he returned to Xinjiang and opened a hamburger shop that blends Xinjiang's unique flavors. He combined Xinjiang yogurt and berry jam with traditional hamburgers, creating a unique flavor that everyone loves.
