Xu Yan grew up in China's Taiwan. In 2016, after traveling to many cities, he chose to settle in Xinjiang. He initially started as a fitness coach and was promoted to sales director due to his outstanding performance. He has fallen deeply in love with Xinjiang cuisine. In 2023, he married a local girl and had children. Now he has fully integrated into life in Xinjiang.
