InXinjiang (69) | Two photographers' takeaway from grand bazaar

In recent days, organized by Xinjiang Today Media Hub and Tianshannet, the "Xinjiang in Four Seasons·Encountering Kunlun" program started. Sixteen internet influencers and media professionals from countries and regions including the U.S., the UK, Russia, Canada, France, and Germany visited Urumqi, Hotan, the Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture, and the Kashi Prefecture to experience and document the beauty of Xinjiang.

At the Urumqi International Grand Bazaar, Jeremy Grinan, a photographer from France, and Yolanda vom Hagen, a photographer from Germany, took on the "Three-Hour Mission to Capture the Grand Bazaar's Beauty." Through their unique artistic perspectives, they captured the vibrant atmosphere and cultural richness of the market, each selecting three of their most representative works to showcase and share. Jeremy mentioned that he felt the genuine warmth and hospitality of the people at the bazaar, noting that "Everywhere in the street, you can see people come and help." When sharing her experience, Yolanda remarked, "Photography is about finding or capturing a moment that touches you."

The hospitality of local people and their way to treat their lives ignited their creative shooting most, they exclaimed.
