He is Yasutaka Kojima, Cultural Adviser to the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region of China. Yasutaka Kojima has a deep and enduring connection with China's Xinjiang. He has traveled to Xinjiang over 150 times, contributing to the preservation of cultural heritage sites like the Kizil Caves and Niya Ruins.
