On the opening day alone, nearly 30 companies secured cooperation agreements, resulting in on-site orders worth 524 million yuan (about 72.73 million U.S. dollars) for purchasing and processing various agricultural products. The activity brought together over 190 enterprises from the region, including the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, showcasing nearly a thousand different products. To maximize impact, the organizers carefully selected many leading agricultural enterprises from Xinjiang, including those recognized for their "Taste Xinjiang" quality products. They also invited numerous buyers for negotiations. Through dedicated promotional sessions and business meetings, the event helped foster more partnerships between companies, creating mutual benefits and opening new opportunities for Xinjiang's high-quality agricultural products to enter markets in Beijing and other parts of north China.

During the fair, Xinjiang Shadike Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. signed a 68-million-yuan (about 9.44 million U.S. dollars) procurement agreement with Beijing Haidian Xijiao Grain and Oil Supply Station. The two companies will work together to establish distribution channels, supplying high-quality grain, oil, dried fruits, and other specialty products from Hotan Prefecture to Beijing and neighboring markets.

"Our company has taken part in the activity for several years, and this year has been the most rewarding," said Zhang Wenchao, general manager of Xinjiang Shadike Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. He noted that in recent years, as Xinjiang's agricultural product distribution network has improved, the reputation of its products as "green, high-quality, tasty, and healthy" has become widely recognized. By showcasing Hotan's distinctive agricultural products at the fair, the company aims to emphasize brand value and quality, expand its market presence in north China, and help increase stable incomes for local farmers in Hotan.

Beyond on-site exhibitions, this year's event offered diverse sales channels. The organizers balanced display and sales, integrating online and offline methods. In partnership with JD.com and nine "Taste Xinjiang" e-commerce livestreaming bases within Xinjiang, they held a series of online promotions. Those unable to attend in person could browse and buy Xinjiang's high-quality agricultural products via online platforms.

On the first day of the event, the "Taste Xinjiang" livestream sales initiative led by the region's agricultural product brand development and production-marketing service center achieved total sales of 56.348 million yuan (about 7.82 million U.S. dollars). Online transactions reached 657,900 orders across various agricultural products, with 251,200 customers participating.
