From speechless to therapy: 12 countries' youth take on the Taklimakan

A group of young people from 12 countries recently visited the Taklimakan Desert in Xinjiang. By day, they were out in the dunes, tearing through the sand in off-road vehicles. By night, they gathered around campfires under a sky full of stars. From the thrill of the day to the calm of the night, many said the desert gave them something they didn't expect. One admitted he was speechless. Another called it a form of therapy.
