International students offer heartfelt support to Taklimakan Rally racers

On May 20, 2026, international students from Beijing Language and Culture University visited the main camp of the Taklimakan Rally in Korla City, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. They interacted with the racers and teams, wrote couplets to cheer for the drivers, and shared stories about the rally and their experiences in Xinjiang. The Taklimakan Rally is not just a competition. It also offers the world a unique way to understand Xinjiang.
