Xinjiang Daily news (Reporter Ma Bei): It is learned from the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Xinjiang on October 12, 2020 that the China Machinery Industry Federation recently announced the list of the top 100 Chinese machinery industry companies in 2019, on which two equipment manufacturing enterprises of Xinjiang are listed.

The two enterprises are Xinjiang TBEA Group Co., Ltd. and Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd., ranking 6th and 13th respectively. Xinjiang TBEA Group Co., Ltd. ranks the same as in 2018 with revenue in 2019 reaching 52.115 billion RMB yuan. Xinjiang Goldwind Technology Co., Ltd. has been on the top 100 list for 12 consecutive years, with revenue of 38.245 billion RMB yuan in 2019.

After years of development, Xinjiang has formed an industrial system of “Made in Xinjiang”, with automobiles, agricultural and animal husbandry machinery, engineering machinery, and petroleum and petrochemical equipment as the main pillars, with new energy equipment, power transmission and transformation equipment as the distinctive features.

According to data from the Department of Industry and Information Technology, up to now, the penetration rate of digital R&D and design tools in advanced equipment manufacturing industries such as new energy equipment, power transmission and transformation equipment, and automobile manufacturing has exceeded 70%. Some companies employ robots in key positions such as welding, spraying and assembly, the level of industrial intelligent application is continuously improving.
