Recently, the notorious habitual liar Pompeo staged his shabby performance again, cooking up his fallacies about Xinjiang with groundless accusation and deliberate slander, and professing that Xinjiang is committing “genocide” and “crimes against humanity” with its policies towards Muslims and ethnic minorities. These are completely nonsensical! This previous state secretary of USA used to “lying, cheating and stealing” is unveiling his true identity of “the worst, the lamest and the most infamous state secretary in American history” like a mad guard dog, with all his lunatic accusation and slander of China and Xinjiang.

What is the whole truth of Xinjiang? What lives are people here having? I think only Chinese have the right to tell, including people of various ethnic minorities. Born and growing up in Xinjiang, I witnessed peace, contentment, happiness and harmony of people of various ethnic groups across Xinjiang and substantial changes of people’s lives in Xinjiang under the leadership of CPC. Today, rapid growth is taking place in Xinjiang. United as one like pomegranate seeds clinging together, people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are having a happy and content life. These are the true facts those American politicians on the other end of the planet can never deny or smear about Xinjiang.

As an Uyghur cadre working on archives, I have long been clinging to work ethic of relying on the facts and testifying with archives. According to statistics, from 2010 to 2018, the population of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang rose by 22.14%, with an increase of 2.8749 million, which was far higher than 13.99%, the increase rate of the total population in Xinjiang. Uyghur population rose from 10.1715 million to 12.7184 million, with an increase of 2.5469 million persons, which grew by 25.04%. Obsessed with his anti-China fantasy, Pompeo turned a blind eye to all these clear facts. In fact，no terrorist incidents occurred in over 4 years in Xinjiang. Criminal cases, public security cases, crimes endangering public security and public safety incidents showed a drastic dip in the same period. From 2014 to 2019, the gross domestic product in Xinjiang grew at an average annual rate of 7.2% from 919.59 billion yuan to 1.35971 trillion yuan and the per capita disposable income of Xinjiang residents grew at an annual average rate of 9.1%. Under the current standard, 3.0649 million impoverished households in 3666 poor villages of 32 poor counties have all been lifted out of poverty in Xinjiang. The problem of absolute poverty in Xinjiang and the regional and overall poverty in the four prefectures in south Xinjiang have been eradicated. The social insurance system are being completed day by day, with free physical examination, basic medical insurance, critical illness insurance and personal accident insurance covering all Xinjiang residents.

Lies are lies, no matter how many times they were repeated. The stability, growth and prosperity of Xinjiang will never change and the steps of China towards a better future will never stop, regardless of the deliberate lying and cheating of those politicians. Shut up your filthy mouth, Mr. Pompeo! We believe under the leadership of Communist Party of China, Xinjiang will certainly be more stable and harmonious and people here will certainly enjoy a better life. Anyone who attempts to damage the national unification and ethnic unity will result in failure! Any attempts to contain China by meddling with Xinjiang-related issues will be doomed to flop!
