The U.S. local time on January 19, just before leaving office, Pompeo, who was called “the worst Secretary of State in the US history”, “ a doomsday clown” and “ the notorious liar and cheater”, once again told poisonous lies on Xinjiang-related issue and deliberately attacked and smeared Xinjiang, falsely alleging that China committed “crime against humanity” and “genocide” against Muslim Uyghurs and other members of ethnic minority groups in Xinjiang. It is a completely false allegation and a malicious farce fabricated and hyped up by Pompeo. Such a thing only exists in the ugly political conspiracies of Pompeo. It has never happened, is not happening and will never happen in Xinjiang under the leadership of the CPC.

Pompeo’s so-called issues on human rights, religion and ethnic groups are nothing but nonsense and gross interference in China's internal affairs. The purpose is to sow discord between ethnic groups and undermine ethnic unity in Xinjiang. His so-called “determination” is a piece of waste paper and makes no sense at all. His remarks will only arouse the firm opposition and strong condemnation of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, and will only strengthen the determination and confidence of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to follow the CPC and build a beautiful socialist Xinjiang.

In 2020, in the face of the sudden global outbreak, the Party committee and the government of the autonomous region have made decisive decisions and arrangements, taking the protection of the lives and health of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang and the strict prevention of Covid-19 as the primary political tasks. People of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang made concerted efforts, the Party committees and governments at all levels spared no effort, and Party members and officials do their utmost to fight the epidemic. They worked together to protect market entities, keep supply and price stable, keep foreign trade and investment steady，promote consumption, and finally won the fight against the epidemic to ensure the normal production and life of people of all ethnic groups.

Pompeo staged all kinds of farces for his own political gain. He ignored facts, fabricated lies, despised justice, and was absurd and shameless at all. His own evil deeds are so numerous that he has no right to criticize others. As a Uyghur in Xinjiang, I have experienced the changes from adobe houses and small bungalows to tall buildings, from dusty dirt roads to flat asphalt roads extending in all directions, from vast yellow sand in the Gobi desert to tree-lined fields, from desolation to high-rise buildings, and I have benefited from good policies, such as medical security, compulsory education, housing subsidies, etc. I deeply felt the earth-shaking changes that have taken place in Xinjiang under the wise leadership of the CPC. I have witnessed this change and seen a good situation of social stability, economic prosperity and people living and working in peace and contentment in the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains. Just because I have witnessed and experienced all these, I have a deep understanding and the right to speak. I deeply love the land where we are raised, and I am even more grateful to the CPC and our country.

The lies and rumors spread by Pompeo cannot shake our iron will and sonorous steps to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. His evil intentions and hideous acts will surely be spurned by the people of China and the rest of the world. Without his shameless behavior, the world will be more harmonious and peaceful, and Xinjiang will be more stable and peaceful. What Pompeo has done is bound to be nailed to the pillar of everlasting shame of history !
