On January 19, the former US Secretary of State Pompeo issued a fallacy concerning Xinjiang, falsely claiming that Xinjiang had committed “genocide” and “anti-humanity” crimes against Uygur Muslims and other ethnic minorities. Pompeo has turned himself into a doomsday clown and a century joke with his doomsday madness and century lies! Today, I will fight back his vicious attack with my own experience!
I was born in Urumqi, Xinjiang. My father was an old revolutionary who participated in the peaceful liberation of Xinjiang. Since childhood, our parents have often taught us how to behave and do things. They have repeatedly told the stories of old China, old Xinjiang and new China, and imperceptibly carried out patriotic enlightenment education. Although I have not personally experienced the miserable time and people’s livelihood in old China and Xinjiang, I can imagine the helplessness and pain of my compatriots in those years. Influenced by my family, from the day I embarked on my career, I went deep into the rural front line of Southern Xinjiang to carry out agricultural scientific research and social science research. 40 years ago in Xinjiang , the popularization of science and technology in rural areas lagged behind. Many feudal and ignorant ideas were deeply rooted in the rural areas at that time. I witnessed the phenomenon of the local Uygur girls’ child marriage and of the women being influenced by the idea of “men are superior to women”. People at that time believed that girls were born to do housework and they were child birth machines. It was a common phenomenon that a family had seven or eight children. Some so-called religious personages could decide whether to marry or divorce at will by reading two sentences of religious words under the banner of religion. Some people openly bigamy and some openly substitute religion for law. Now under the legal protection of their legitimate rights and interests, the Uygur people has got rid of the influence of religious extremism, and they actively embrace a healthy and civilized new life. Today, the Uygur people, especially the Uygur women, can be seen in all walks of life in Xinjiang and even in inland provinces.
Pompeo, the former US Secretary of State, has been deliberately discrediting the party’s policy of ruling Xinjiang on the issue of Xinjiang. He has been using the despicable means of “lying, cheating and stealing” to constantly issue a “roar” full of Cold War corruption and wantonly attacking and discrediting Xinjiang. However, reality has severely slapped Pompeo on the face who is holding the banner of “democracy” and “human rights”. In the face of COVID-19, the former US Secretary of State, is not actively taking the initiative to prevent and control the epidemic. Instead, he is busy with extricating himself out of the blame and trying to throw the blame on another country. In contrast, the epidemic situation in China has been effectively prevented and controlled. I am very glad that I live in China. Under the cordial care and correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are being united as one, forming a great wall of iron and steel for epidemic prevention and control, has effectively curbed the spread of the epidemic and achieved a decisive victory in the fight against the epidemic. At the same time, in order to achieve a long term epidemic prevention and control, according to the principle of “anyone who should be checked and who offers to be checked must be checked up”, we regularly carried out free nucleic acid testing for all people in Xinjiang, and clearly announced that the COVID-19 vaccine was free for all people. This is a true reflection of our party and government’s solemn commitment to people's rights.
In spite of dogs’ barks, the camel group are still moving on.” The lies and poison spread by Pompeo will never shake the firm determination of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to follow the path of the party!
