Guzailiay Aizezi,Graduate of Vocational Education and Training Center, Shaya County
My name is Guzailiay Aizezi and I am from a beautify city--Shaya. At present I am working in a textile company and I am the head of a workshop.
I used to study in the vocational education and training center. Before that I did not want to receive regular education and I did not want to follow my parents’ instruction. So I hung around all day without any purpose at all and without the ability to tell right from wrong, which almost lead me to a dangerous way. Fortunately, with the care and attention from the Party and government, I wake up from “that dangerous way” in time. When I learn more and more knowledge in the center, I began to realize how wrong I was before. At the center, I felt that I was back on campus again. Every day we learn the national language, laws and rules, professional skills and how to get rid of religious extremist thoughts and so on. We also have a very colorful extra-curricular activity schedule. In weekends and holidays, we go home. None of us is restricted in any means of freedom and there is no such thing as “persecution” at all in the center!
In that period of study, the Party and government brought about great care and attention for my family and helped to solve quite a few difficulties. At that time I realized profoundly that our great country is so powerful and so caring. She never gives up on anyone!
From an innocent and ignorant girl to an officer of middle level in the company, this is such a tremendous change that I felt it like a dream. The company is extremely good to us and we are cared for in every way including living and working. The company often organizes various activities such as sports games to make us know each other much better. Our friendship grows more and more profound and we are just like the seeds in a pomegranate, holding tight together.
I was born and raised up here in Xinjiang and I am working here freely and pleasantly. I was so indignant about Pompeo’s smearing remarks on Xinjiang. Workers of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are part of Chinese workers and various rights of them are fully respected and protected. We choose occupation of our own will. Wherever we work and whatever we do are of our own will. There is no such thing as restriction on freedom at all. Our ethnic customs, religious beliefs and languages are fully protected according to law. Various companies provide excellent working and living conditions for us ethnic group workers. We work comfortably, we live happily and our family are exceptionally satisfied with what we do. Based on our will in employment, the government takes various active measures to maximum ensure our rights of labor and working. Pompeo, you shameless and groundless lie of “forced labor in Xinjiang”, could not deny the happy life of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang at all, which is earned by hard, honest and diligent work. As for our wonderful and happy life here in Xinjiang, you do not have even the slightest right to point your finger!
