Former US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, notorious for lying, deceiving, and stealing, frantically attacked Xinjiang recently. The performances have provided sumptuous spiritual feasts for the general public in Xinjiang. The performers from various ethnic groups go to communities with heartfelt feeling, and return home feeling greatly touched. What they have seen is united, harmonious, peaceful and stable scenes, completely different from what Pompeo said.

At present, Xinjiang people have a much stronger sense of fulfillment, happiness and security. Xinjiang’s cultural and artistic undertakings are prospering and developing. Xinjiang Ballad Singers Association has also created a large number of excellent shows demonstrating the development and progress that Xinjiang has made and the happy life of the local people. "Happy Farmers" won award of excellence at the 7th National Ethnic Minorities Folk Art Performance, "Searching out Relatives" was selected for the National Outstanding Original Folk Art and Chinese Sketch Performance, "The Flame of Love" was selected for the 2nd Western China Outstanding Folk Art Performance, "Zhaksy" was selected for the "Greeting the 19th CPC National Congress—National Outstanding Folk Art Performance", and "Songs of Prairies" won award of excellence at the 3rd "Peace Cup" Folk Art Competition. Numerous outstanding works have portrayed Xinjiang people who have the vibrancy and vitality of solidarity and endeavor.

Pompeo, a clown, has been maliciously telling groundless Xinjiang-related lies everywhere. It is a gross interference in China’s internal affairs, and a provocation to the united and hard-working people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. It will definitely be despised by Xinjiang people! Pompeo, you will eventually turn into a laughing stock of history.
