Recently, “the worst, the most terrible and shameless Secretary of State in history”, the former US Secretary of State Pompeo shamelessly published fallacies about Xinjiang before leaving office, and staged a farce of “doomsday” with old-fashioned lies and false information. I express my strong indignation and firm opposition!

I was born in Xinjiang, grew up in Xinjiang, and have been living in Xinjiang. As a native Uygur youth in Xinjiang, I’m a participant, a witness, and a beneficiary of Xinjiang’s reform and development. I tell you from my own experience. Pompeo, shame on you, we live a very happy life in Xinjiang. The scenery here is picturesque and the people of all ethnic groups are like one big family. The masses of all ethnic groups study, work, live and help each other. In my study, work and life, I always feel the cordial concern of the party and the government. When I was in school, I went to Beijing as the only college student representative in Xinjiang to attend the national scholarship awarding and commendation conference. I feel extremely honored. In my career, I was recognized for my hard work and was awarded some prizes. Like my brothers and sisters of all ethnic groups, I received the same education, enjoyed the same policies and got the same opportunities, and made same contribution to the construction of a beautiful hometown. Pompeo lied openly and consciously without any moral principle, and slandered Xinjiang wantonly. It fully exposed his criminal plot and sinister intention! No matter how Pompeo lied or slandered, he could not cover up the fact of stable development in Xinjiang, change the fact that people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang live a happy life, and erase the fact that students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang grow up healthily in the warm embrace of the motherland. Pompeo, do you know all this?

As a educational worker in college, I can feel all kinds of preferential policies of the party and the state all the time in my work. These policies provide care and help for students of all ethnic groups in their life, study, employment and other aspects, regardless of ethnic background and region, and also provide escort for the growth of students of all ethnic groups. In the campus, students of all ethnic groups learn, play and live together, helping and tolerating each other. Students of all ethnic groups are close to each other in a happy environment. After graduation, some college students of all ethnic groups choose to work in Xinjiang, some have become teachers, some are engaging themselves in scientific research, and some others have gone deep into the grass-roots front line. Some students have chosen to work as anchors and some have gone out of Xinjiang and got employed in other provinces and cities. All college students of all ethnic groups enjoy independent and equal employment rights! Pompeo, do you know all this?

In 2020, I went to a village in Bashiairike Town, Awat County to work. In the communication with grassroots people, I deeply felt the trust and dependence of people of all ethnic groups on the party and government. When villagers had difficulties and problems, they immediately thought of turning to the party and government for help, the party and government could come up with solution to the difficulties of people of all ethnic groups and provide timely coordination and help for their reasonable appeal. I have participated in and witnessed the continuous implementation of various policies of the party and the state to benefit the people, and witnessed the increasingly happy days of the masses of all ethnic groups. I can tell you with facts that the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang live and work in peace and contentment and that they are enjoying their life in unity and harmony. The production and living conditions of the people of all ethnic groups have greatly improved. Decisive achievements have been made in poverty alleviation in Xinjiang. The sense of gain, happiness and security of the people of all ethnic groups have been continuously enhanced. The current good situation of social stability and prosperity in Xinjiang can never be changed by any wanton discrediting remarks! Pompeo, do you know all this?

At present, Xinjiang is in its best period of prosperity and development in history. Pompeo, you will never succeed in your sinister attempt to disrupt Xinjiang. Chinese people of all ethnic groups will never tolerate your despicable behavior! Pompeo, I advise you to stop your daydreaming!
