The former US Secretary of State Pompeo recently made absurd remarks about Xinjiang, attacking and deliberately discrediting Xinjiang for no reason. But this is just another big lie of Pompeo, and this is totally a farce. Pompeo has repeatedly slandered China's policy over Xinjiang, openly employed some "actors" with terrible moral ethics and lies to discredit Xinjiang for no reason. He went against the world and became a supporter and promoter of terrorist forces, which fully exposed his double standards on the issue of anti-terrorism. What he did seriously violated the international laws and basic principles of international relation. And it has seriously interfered in China's internal affairs and hurt the feelings of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. For this, I am extremely indignant!

I love my great motherland very much, and I am very proud of the prosperity and development of Xinjiang. As a participant and beneficiary of the stable and prosperous development of Xinjiang, I think I am the most qualified to speak on the situation of Xinjiang. And I can't help saying: Pompeo, stop your clumsy performance!

I went to Hotan in 2018 with advanced management concepts so as to help people there get rid of poverty. Then I witnessed the vigorous development of Hotan and experienced the tremendous changes in our lives. When I first arrived in Hotan, the houses people lived in were all adobe houses and the village suffered from poor transportation infrastructure. There was no asphalt road but only dirt roads. Thus donkey cars were the most common means of transportation. There were many families but too little land so people had no enough food. And it was difficult for people to travel around, let alone going to school and getting medical treatment. But now, the low and shabby adobe houses have been replaced by spacious and safe ones built with bricks. Schools, hospitals and village committees with supporting facilities can be found everywhere in Xinjiang. Clothing, food, housing and transportation have also been greatly improved. Now, people in Hotan do not have to worry about food and clothing. What’s more, people have access to convenient transportation, free schooling, medical insurance. The government even offer help to support employment. This is the real life of people in Xinjiang.

Many kind-hearted people in Hotan were once affected by religious extremism in the past. Being disgusted with farming and running businesses, they were indulged in books of religious extremism all day long. It was the government that saved people from the verge of committing crimes, helping them learn standard national language, laws and skills, which freed them from extremism ideological bondage. So people began to realize the truth and became the good and simple themselves again. With the help of the government, they found stable jobs and started to live a prosperous life.

Lies are helpless in front of the truth. The overall social situation in Xinjiang remains stable today, and there have been no violent and terrorist cases for more than four years. Xinjiang has achieved fundamental changes today. Now religions in Xinjiang are kept in harmony and freedom of religious belief of all ethnic groups are well protected and fully respected in accordance with the law, which is a fact that no lie can deny it.

Pompeo, you are nothing but a clown who tried to deceive kind Uygur people with lies and slanders. However, we will not be fooled and we will never compromise.
