Recently, Pompeo ignored the facts and made evil remarks against China, attacking and deliberately discrediting the Chinese government's policy over Xinjiang. As a native of Xinjiang, I strongly oppose it.
Pompeo confused the right and wrong, distorted the truth and fabricated a series of lies to deliberately slander the human rights situation in Xinjiang. He sowed dissension among China's ethnic groups, wiped out various development achievements in Xinjiang, ignored the true feelings of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, which exposed his evil intention. And he was aimed to wreck the prosperity and development of Xinjiang.
Whether Xinjiang is good or not, and whether the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are happy or not, the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are the most qualified to speak on the it.
I was born in a Uygur family of intellectuals in 1990s. And my grandfather was a soldier born in 1920s. When I was a kid, my grandfather told me: “Before 1949, the hard-working masses lived in brutish conditions. It was the Communist Party of China that liberated us from the troubled former rimes. It was the people's army led by the Communist Party of China that cultivated me. After liberation, the masses of all ethnic groups were able to become masters of China, and their hometown underwent tremendous changes.”
Bathed in the cares and help of the party, I gradually grew up and successfully finished my education. In 2015, I graduated from Xinjiang Normal University and became a journalist. Having been working for more than six years, I have visited all the counties and cities in Xinjiang, traveled to many villages and towns, which enabled me to record the changes of everyone's happy life with my pen and camera, and I have thus witnessed the great changes in urban and rural areas of Xinjiang. What impresses me most is that whenever I go to the same village, there will be new gratifying changes. The party and the state have also implemented a series of policies to benefit the people over the past few years. So farmers have moved into new houses, received subsidies for growing grain, breeding and purchasing agricultural machinery. And the unemployed surplus laborers began to get employment and engage in various production and business activities. Urban and rural residents have received benefits in raising children, education, medical care, housing and support for the elderly. Various policies of benefiting people appear one after another, and all of them have been fully implemented.
Cadres, workers and farmers and herdsmen in Xinjiang have become "relatives" in the activity of "Family of National Unity" in recent years. Cadres always try their best to help their “relatives” solve the difficulties of production and life. All of them work together for common development. Cadres and masses of all ethnic groups have formed profound friendship in daily communication exchanges.
Pompeo, what is the standard of your so-called human right? Your lies are doomed to fall through and stand exposed.
