However, with the help of my Han teachers and classmates, I could speak the national language fluently when I graduated, so I also got the opportunity to work in big cities. I am now an associate professor in the largest medical college in Xinjiang, and the director of the Department of joint surgery in the Orthopedic Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University. I have won the recognition and respect of my medical colleagues and the praise of the patients. With the care and cultivation of the party and the support of the hospital, I am working very hard and won the recognition of patients from all ethnic groups in Xinjiang and other provinces. Now I have become a well-known orthopedic expert in Xinjiang.
