　　Recently, the US unscrupulous politician Pompeo attacked and discredited Xinjiang on groundless basis and slandered Xinjiang for “massive violations of human rights”, I was very indignant at this. As a Uygur intellectual, my conscience forces me to stand up and tell the truth, and use the solid facts to make Pompeo shut up.

　　I was born and raised in Xinjiang. It was the party and the people who raised and cultivated me. In 1992, I graduated from Beijing Normal University and became a university teacher. In my career, the leaders are very concerned about my growth. I work closely with colleagues of all ethnic groups and we learn from each other. In my life, I am getting well along with my colleagues and we help each other. Through the care and cultivation of the party and my personal efforts, I have made continuous progress and become an associate professor. In my work, I work side by side with my colleagues and make joint efforts to train students of ethnic groups. Now I have students who work and live all over Xinjiang. I would like to say that there are still many well-educated women of all ethnic groups like me in Xinjiang, who have become an important force in promoting economic and social development.

　　The learning environment of students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang is very good. Xinjiang continues to implement the project of benefiting people through education, optimizes the infrastructure of schools and colleges, continuously improves the education environment, and has significantly enhanced the school running conditions and the quality of education and teaching. Now, all school-age teenagers are guaranteed to go to school, receive education and learn skills. The right of students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang to learn and use their own languages has been fully guaranteed. Xinjiang has strictly implemented the law of the People’s Republic of China on regional ethnic autonomy, the law of the People’s Republic of China on national standard language, and the education law of the People’s Republic of China, so as to comprehensively improve students’ ability to learn and use national language. At the same time, it fully guarantees the right of students of all ethnic groups to learn and use their own languages, encourages schools to carry out traditional cultural activities of ethnic minorities, and effectively promotes the inheritance and development of languages and cultures of ethnic minorities. The graduates of colleges and technical secondary schools of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang have very free career choices. In recent years, the government has vigorously implemented the employment and entrepreneurship promotion plan, providing sufficient jobs for college and technical secondary school graduates of all ethnic groups.

　　As a teacher of Xinjiang Institute of Engineering, I know about the family condition of students of ethnic minorities from southern Xinjiang. Students have told me that in recent years, the government has carried a lot of supportive policies. There are many kinds of policies to help ethnic minority students. Students study free of charge. The drop out rate of ethnic minority students has declined. People have sent their children to school. There are no idling children in the countryside. These students cherish the opportunity to study in Xinjiang Institute of Engineering with the support of the state, and they are looking forward to returning to their hometown to serve the people. At present, some students have completed their studies and gone back to work in their hometown. They often contact me. Without exception, they are full of confidence in the party’s policy on ethnic minorities, supporting the party’s strategy of governing Xinjiang in the new era, and are pleased with the achievements in the fields of education, health and economic and social development in their hometown.

　　Xinjiang is in its best period of prosperity and development in history. Pompeo’s lies can never cover up the facts of social stability and development in Xinjiang, nor can change the fact of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang enjoying happy life and erase the fact that students of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang grow up healthily in the warm embrace of the motherland. History will prove that any attempt to interfere in China’s internal affairs by making use of Xinjiang related issues will never succeed.
