Recently, Pompeo intentionally slandered China’s governance of Xinjiang and put on the doomsday craze by fabricating lies of the century and making false remarks regardless of facts.Being a civil servant of ethnic background and a Chinese citizen, I condemn Pompeo with indignation and firmly expose his lies in strong support of our hard-earned beautiful life.

Pompeo is a fabricator of lies and his behaviors are insult to the 25 million people of all ethnic backgrounds in Xinjiang. He charged the Chinese government for committing “genocide” against the Uyghurs and other ethnic groups, which is utterly sinister lying. His crazy slander and smear of Xinjiang like a mad dog before leaving the office only reveals once again his ugly stance as a liar.

Being an expert of ethnic background in the research of cultural relics in Xinjiang, I speak with full proof that now in Xinjiang people of all ethnicity are living a harmonious, prosperous, happy and safe life that has not presented as such ever before in history. The Communist Party of China founded the People’s Republic of China by leading all the people and enabling them to enjoy freedom and equality.With the guidance of the Communist Party the cultures of all ethnic groups have been thriving with vigor and vitality. Our beautiful life has been further safeguarded and developed.

Pompeo’s claim of XInjiang’s “genocide” and “forced birth control” of the Uyghurs is utter nonsense. Being a native in Xinjiang, I’ve witnessed the increase of the Uyghur population whose pace of increase is both higher than that of the total population in Xinjiang and that of the Han population here.The so-called “forced labor” is very absurd. Without the favorable policies implemented by the Communist Party and the government which provided job opportunities to hundreds and thousands of people of ethnic backgrounds and made it possible for them to create happy and beautiful life with their own hands, how would the great changes take place? It is particularly so for the once poverty-stricken area in south Xinjiang where I used to work. Being the first party secretary of the village committee, I witnessed how villagers’ living conditions changed by means of their working outside the village,making their own business and developing their own enterprises.Their voluntary choice in work is strongly protected by The Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China.

Now, Xinjiang has achieved great development and people of all ethnicity have been endowed with tangible sense of attainment, happiness and security as there have been no terrorist or violence case for more than four years. Pompeo’s smear that the Communist Party committed anti-humanity crime against the Uyghurs and other ethnic groups is fabrication. Take the traditional Uyghur culture as an example. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, under the correct guidance and care of the Communist Party, the Uyghur culture has seen unprecedented protection and preservation.In 1954, the rescue and collection of the Uyghur “Twelve Mukam” brought spring to it. In November 2005 China’s Uyghur “Twelve Mukam” was on UNESCO Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.Now it has been among four epics of the ethnic groups together with Jangar, Manas and Gesar, which reflects the Communist Party’s concern about and respect of the cultural treasure of the ethnic groups. In terms of people’s livelihood, now we don’t need to be worried about food, clothes and accomendation. Our children study in spacious and bright classrooms,enjoying free tuition and textbooks, and even free food and boarding.We enjoy the convenience of modern transportation represented by the broad asphalt roads. We enjoy free health check and medical care in old age. All the favorable policies concerning people’s livelihood are realized one by one. All the above are proof of our happy life and evidence of the Communist Party’s care of and concern about people.

Everything goes well now in Xinjiang as people enjoy social stability, economic prosperity, secure and happy conditions. Our sense of attainment, happiness and security has been enhanced and we feel much grateful to the Communist Party and our motherland. We are much familiar with the intention of the ugly and notorious Pompeo and his likes. What we should do is to defend the security and development of our country and the beautiful life of people of all ethnicity in Xinjiang. With the strong support of the CPP Central Committee, we are more confident and determined to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Any attempt of interference, damage and prevention of the great project will definitely be futile and swept into the dustbin of history.
