The hard-won prosperity and stability, ethnic unity and religious harmony in Xinjiang brook no slanders and criticisms from a stupid, ignorant and contemptible scoundrel like you.

My name is Anivar Yurivas, born in a farmer’s family in Xinjiang. For the past decades, I have lived happily and freely with people of different ethnic groups in my beloved hometown. All of us have equal rights in enjoying various governmental policies, especially in medical care and education. We love, respect, help each other and share weal and woe. Thanks to those preferential policies, I was admitted to Tarim Agricultural University majoring in agronomy in 1983 and joined the Communist Party in 1987. After graduation, I passed the entrance examination and became a cadre on the state payroll by virtue of the national program of “reaching the grass-root to take the lead in developing rural areas by scientific and technological talents”. The night when I was informed of passing the entrance examination, holding my hands and tears filled in tears, my old father said to me, “You owe all these to the Party and the state, so don’t you ever fail the Party and people!” From that time onward，I’ve borne these words deeply in my mind.

With the care and support of leading cadres of various ethnic groups and my dear folks, I devoted all my expertise to my beloved hometown and was promoted to a position of leadership, currently in charge of agriculture, unified front work and ethnic and religious affairs in the CPC county committee. In recent years, especially since the 18^th National Congress of CPC, the Party and the state have continued to give priority to the development of Xinjiang, implementing a series of projects benefiting people’s livelihood, such as the strategy of “rural rejuvenation”, consolidation of ethnic unity and strengthening of religious administration and service. To date, the agricultural modernization has developed to an advanced level; the per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen reached over 20 thousand yuan; people of all ethnic groups live in peace and harmony and help each other, vividly exhibiting ethnic unity as a family; freedom of religious belief is fully guaranteed and conditions of religious venues like mosques are largely improved. Here in Xinjiang, our freedom of thoughts, speech and actions and our native languages, traditional cultures and customs are well protected and sustained.

Let me tell you, Liar Pompeo, this is the real Xinjiang. We are living in such a happy country, and where do your alleged “crimes against humanity” and “genocide” come from? Only those who wear them know whether shoes fit or not. Mr. Pompeo, your hideous intention to separate China and destroy prosperity and stability of Xinjiang shall finally be shattered. All your sinister attempts to make mischief in ethnic relations of China and to contain its development shall finally be reduced to a subject of derision.
