I was born in Bortala, a beautiful and rich place in Xinjiang, and I am a native Bole people. Under the developing of the Communist Party of China and our country, I grew up step by step from the basic level of the school and became a leading cadre of the Communist Party of China of ethnic minorities. After graduating from university in July 1990, I was assigned to work in Bortala Mongol Autonomous Prefecture Vocational Technical College, a big family composed of Han, Uygur, Mongolian, Kazakh, Hui and other nationalities. In the days of working with colleagues from different ethnic groups, we respect each other, communicate with each other, learn from each other, help each other and make improvement together. When we encounter problems and difficulties, we discuss and solve them together. When we meet happy things, we share happiness together. In our work and life, we grow and make progress together, and we feel just like a family.

The party and the government always attache great importance to the development of ethnic cadres. Under the education and developing of the party, I have taken the leading position of the school, serving as the assistant dean, perform my duties in the post and have the courage to take responsibility, work together with the team members to do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, education and teaching of the school, and work together for the construction and development of the school. The scale of the school is expanding, the quality of education is improving, and the social reputation and influence have continuous improvement. The school is harmonious, safe and stable, the management of teachers and students is in good order, teachers and students of all ethnic groups live together, study together, grow together, witness the development and change of the school and live better and better happy life.
