A few days ago, Pompeo and Adrian Zenz slandered "Xinjiang's policy towards ethnic minorities", "Xinjiang's suppression of Islam and freedom of religious belief", "Xinjiang's prohibition of ethnic minority students from using their own language" and so on. They attacked China's policy of governing Xinjiang for no reason, “made an issue” and “put a label” on Xinjiang. Their words and deeds were contemptible and ridiculous.

I was born, raised, lived and worked in Xinjiang, and I am a native Uygur Communist Party of China’s member and cadre. I have personally experienced and witnessed the great changes in Xinjiang. In my hometown of Korla, there are Han, Uygur, Hui, Mongolian and other ethnic groups. There are more than 100 farmhouses, the famous Korla Fragrant Pear, the beautiful Grand Canyon, the tall and magnificent Jiamai Mosque, and the populus euphratica forest, which symbolizes the resolute character of brothers and sisters of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. It has fresh air, blue sky and green water. The green area here is more than 35%. The transportation is convenient and the coverage rate of urban community health service is 100%. This is where I work and live. People of all ethnic groups here are united, friendly and respect each other. They spread truth, goodness and beauty to everyone's heart. We will protect the rights of workers in accordance with the law, try every means to provide employment and entrepreneurship opportunities for people of all ethnic groups, help and support people of all ethnic groups to become rich through hard work, and let people of all ethnic groups get rid of poverty and live a happy life with their own hands.

Take me as an example. I have two children. They grew up in a good social atmosphere where people of all ethnic groups are united and friendly, help each other and learn from each other. They have received the education of standard national language since childhood. They can not only use they own ethnic language fluently, but also use the standard national language skillfully, bringing a lot of convenience to work and life, different ethnic groups will not be unable to communicate with each other or alienate from each other. On the contrary, we can communicate and learn happily by using the standard national language. My daughter was admitted to Beijing Foreign Studies University. At that time, the whole family was very happy. Her four years of college life made her more elegant and refined. As the only student representative of Beijing's education system, she participated in the publicity activities held by the people in Beijing. She also conducted publicity activities in university system of five provinces (municipalities), including Peking University and Tsinghua University, during the lecture; she was wearing a beautiful Uygur Eteles skirt and a beautiful bonnet. She spoke alternately in the standard national language and Uygur, interspersed with beautiful Uygur dance, which was loved by teachers and students in colleges and universities all over the country.

Let's talk about education here. In Korla City, the popularization rate of compulsory education has reached 100%, and the enrollment rate of high school has reached more than 95%. In an ordinary city like Korla, there are nearly 100 kindergartens, more than 40 primary schools, nearly 30 ordinary middle schools, 3 secondary professional schools and special education schools, 1 vocational and technical college, one open university and one university (Xinjiang University of Science and Technology). The party and the government make every effort to meet the learning and education needs of the masses of all ethnic groups.

Pompeo and Adrian Zenz made up all kinds of lies about Xinjiang, which is a great insult to the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. I want to tell you that the “century lies” you made up are turning you into clowns and “century jokes”.
