Recently，the former US secretary of state Pompeo made Xinjiang-related fabrications and distortions regardless of facts, which are pure lies, wantonly defaming the Chinese government’s governance of Xinjiang, rudely interfering in China’s internal affairs in the vain intention of containing the development of Xinjiang, China. He intentionally incites ethnic relations in Xinjiang in the hope of hindering the pace of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,which is extremely disgusting in intention with mean methods.It hurt people of all ethnicity in Xinjiang seriously. Being a native in Xinjiang, I feel strongly indignant to, and firmly oppose to Pompeo and his disgraceful remarks and ugly behaviors.

Born in a farmer’s family in Artux, I’ve heard very frequently what the elderly in the village say, “The Communist Party is good. Without the Communist Party, We would not have been able to live our new life.” The roads of the village I used to live have become straight and broad paved ones instead of the bumpy ones, houses are spacious and bright instead of being simple and shabby. Farmers who are ill enjoy free health care instead of suffering and enduring it. Villagers are living a rich life instead of suffering from hunger. All the above present changes in our lives. Seeing these changes for the better, personally experiencing great changes in my own life, I have felt very happy and fortune. After graduation from college, I started to wok and have gradually become a civil servant, thanks to the careful cultivation of the organization of the Communist Party. My colleagues of different ethnic backgrounds have concerned about and helped me both in my professional growth and daily life. Many of my classmates, friends and colleagues are civil servants at important posts and officials of ethnic backgrounds. How and where does “genocide” come from? How and where does “crimes against humanity”come from? My personal experiences have made me feel deeply that no party in any countries in the world is as concerned about its ethnic minorities as China’s Communist Party is. I feel very proud of being a Chinese! Dark clouds will never cover up the sun. Lies are definitely lies. Pompoe, what you said and did can not fool clear-minded people and your slander will surely be cast aside.I want to tell you that the hundreds and thousands of common Uyghurs and officials will not meet your need. Instead, we cherish very much the happy life we are having now and follow the Communist Party firmly and do our work with great efforts to return the care, concern and love of the CPC Central Committee on its officials with ethnic backgrounds.

Now walking in the villages, I hear farmers discuss mostly how to develop planting, animal husbandry, fruit processing,specialty cooking. Satellite plants and poverty-relief workshops are seen here and there as farmers get united, cooperate, help each other. As farmers of all ethnicity work enthusiastically in the earnest hope of living a better life and pursuing development, scenes of boom are seen frequently. Now Artux City sees continuous social stability, people enjoying their life and work, rapid social and economic development and better atmosphere thanks to stability as a bonus.

Being a native in Xinjiang, a Communist Party member and civil servant, I have felt deeply about the meaning of “Stability is a blessing whereas turmoil is a disaster.” Pompeo, I want to tell you all the above is not what you can experience.Therefore, Pompoe, please be cautious with your words and actions and don’t point figures at Xinjiang and our governmental policies wantonly for your own selfish intentions.

In recent years,the economic development of Artux City has seen remarkable upgrading, the infrastructure facilities have been greatly improved and people’s livelihood has been enhanced continuously. Difficult problems that people are much concerned about, including employment, education, health care,social security and transportation have all been solved and people of all ethnicity have enjoyed enhanced sense of attainment,happiness and security. The construction of our city is thriving, people of all ethnicity enjoy our life and work and feel very happy, which can never be slandered or smeared by Pompeo.
