Recently, the former US Secretary of State Pompeo, ignoring facts, maliciously published fallacies concerning Xinjiang, attacking and deliberately discrediting the policy of the Chinese government in governing Xinjiang without any ground, interfered in China’s internal affairs, and seriously violated the basic norms of international law and international relations, which has seriously hurt the feelings of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. The people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang expressed strong indignation and firm opposition to Pompeo.

Pompeo and his likes wanted to draw Xinjiang affairs into the international “public opinion vortex” by fabricating lies and launching malicious attacks, and tried to deceive the international community and interfere in China’s internal affairs by using international public opinion, so as to destroy the great social environment of prosperity and stability and ethnic unity in Xinjiang , and achieve the plot of “curbing China by Xinjiang”. Pompeo’s ugly nature and shameful behavior are obvious. No matter how Pompeo fabricated lies and slanders Xinjiang, the fact is always the fact. What they do will be refuted by the righteous and despised by the world.

As a child of Xinjiang children and a Xinjiang native, I work and live in Xinjiang, a happy and merry land. I have the responsibility to stand out and tell the facts of Xinjiang and refute the lies and nonsense made up by Pompeo with the achievements of economic and social development in Xinjiang and the yearning and happy life of the people of Xinjiang, safeguarding the happy life that is not easily won. For Pompeo, I would like to make a solemn warning: Xinjiang people have the most say about Xinjiang. Your lies will be laid bare in face of truth. Your fallacies can never win the trust of the world, and your lies and fallacies can not stand scrutiny in face of facts. Your ugly nature and vile behavior will surely be despised, which in turn, will burn yourself. What you have done can not prevent the socioeconomic development in Xinjiang.

I work and live in Jinghe County, Xinjiang. I am working hard with full enthusiasm for 27 ethnic groups including Han, Uygur, Mongolian, Kazakh and Hui. My family and friends are all working and living in Xinjiang. Some of them are workers, some farmers and some civil workers. We work together, help each other, and learn from each other, striving to build Xinjiang we love together. The people of all ethnic groups work together, being united and helping each other, and hold together like pomegranate seeds. Under the leadership of the Party and the government, our local economic and social development has reached an unprecedented level. Here, the people of all ethnic groups, including Uygur, have lived a happy and prosperous life through their hard work. All the families live in clean and tidy houses. When people fall ill they have medical security. Children are enjoying free education policy. Nearly all the clay and dirt roads and lanes in the villages have been built into asphalt roads, poor households achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity, and the quality of life of the people of all ethnic groups has been promoted unprecedented. For example, the housing of ordinary people has changed from adobe house to earthquake resistant and safe house. Transportation tools have been changed from bicycles to electric vehicles and cars. Besides, agricultural production has developed from traditional planting mode to modern agricultural planting management mode. The culture of all ethnic groups is protected and developed, the cultural life of the people is rich and colorful, and the excellent traditional culture of the ethnic group is well inherited. The art activities of the Uygur “Meshrep”, the Kazak “Ayetes” and the Mongolian “Nadam” are widely carried out. The normal religious needs and activities of the believers are guaranteed, and the religious relationship is good and harmonious. What my family, relatives and friends and colleagues of all ethnic groups and I feel and have experienced personally is not what Pompeo has falsely slandered. There are no such things as genocide, compulsory sterilization and forced labor that Pompeo, the liar, has fabricated. We should sharpen our eyes and mind and avoid being deceived and used viciously by other people with ulterior motives. The facts have exposed Pompeo’s lies and nonsense .

The old man often said, "whoever wants to blow out the lamp of the people, his beard gets burned first”. The ugly nature and the mean behavior of Pompeo will be despised by people and his attempt to destroy our happy and beautiful life is bound to fail.
