It's unbelievable that Pompeo crazily distorted the facts, published fallacies related to Xinjiang, ignored the facts and uttered a bunch of nonsense, falsely alleged that Xinjiang has committed "genocide" and "crimes against humanity" against Uygur Muslims and other ethnic minorities, unreasonably attacked Chinese government's policy of governing Xinjiang, and deliberately discredited the good situation in Xinjiang and the happy life of the people of all ethnic groups, which is seriously related to our ethnic groups in Xinjiang. The reality of the happy life of the masses, especially the Uygur people, is seriously inconsistent with what Pompeo remarks. So, Pompeo please stop your lies about Xinjiang.

Born in Cele County, Hotan, I am a typical local. Over the years, under the care and training of the Party, I have gradually stepped into a leading position. I grew up in a poor and backward rural family. When I took the college entrance examination in 1980, I chose Chinese as my first-chosen major, and got into the Chinese Language Department of Xinjiang University with outstanding marks. In the University, teachers of Han ethnic taught us Putonghua, cared about our life, and paired with Han students to learn the language. We lived and learned together harmoniously as if we were born brothers and sisters.

In the past 50 years, great changes have taken place in Xinjiang. Especially thanks to strenuous efforts from all ethnic groups since the symposium on Xinjiang’s development held by the central government, Xinjiang has achieved comprehensive social stability, people live and work in peace and contentment, and all undertakings are thriving. As a local, I witness the great changes in Hotan, muddy roads replaced by paved highways, dilapidated rural housing renovated, pool water replaced by tap water, poverty replaced by well-off lives. Take the Tunkuoqia Village of Laskui Town in Hotan City as an example, I worked there for poverty alleviation. Now every family has access to tap water, rural asphalt roads, earthquake resistant houses, and some families have even bought private cars. The national preferential medical insurance policy makes villagers no longer afraid of getting sick. Children can go to school free of charge from primary school to high school. These changes are obvious to all, and these changes are inseparable from the CPC Central Committee's cordial care for us and the selfless help of the provinces and cities that aid Xinjiang. However, Pompeo has been distorting the development of Xinjiang, distorting the Party's preferential policies for Xinjiang, slandering the party's ethnic and religious policies, inciting religious fanaticism, provoking ethnic hatred, in an attempt to split China and separate Xinjiang from China for his evil purpose.

Pompeo, you should not distort facts, and tell lies and nonsense as you like, and should not perform like a clown. The more you slandered, the more our people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang will unite under the leading of the CPC Central Committee, so that we can clearly realize your shameless lies, and realize that today's good life is hard won, and there is no such thing. Without the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the care of the great motherland, there is no happy life today for the people of all ethnic groups in Hotan.

Facts speak louder than words, and rumors end with wise men. Pompeo, no matter how you lied, how you cheated and how you gossiped, you could not destroy the prosperous situation of social stability in Xinjiang, could not interfere in the good life of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, and could not stop the pace of Xinjiang's striving forward!
