I was born in Nileke, Xinjiang. Growing up, I deeply felt the deep friendship among neighbors, friends and colleagues of all ethnic groups. Our brothers, sisters and children enjoy the preferential policies of the state. Under the training of the Party, I grew up from a child of an ordinary herdsman family to a leading cadre in charge of the work of the local People's Congress. Over the years, I have given full play to the role of the cadre of the local People's Congress, conscientiously performed the duties, earnestly strengthened the work supervision and legal supervision over local government, the CPC committee, People's Procuratorate and People’s Court, and actively made suggestions for the work of culture, education, and environmental protection. At the same time, I have widely participated in the promotion of the county's key work, such as maintaining stability, poverty alleviation, economic development, ecological protection, national unity, and rural revitalization, devoting my youth and wisdom. If we Uygur and other ethnic minorities in Xinjiang have no human rights and personal freedom, as Pompeo falsely claimed, how can I be assigned such an important position?

There are 155 deputies to the 17th People's Congress of Nilek County, including 113 ethnic minority and 18 of them are Uygur. These deputies from all ethnic groups fully fulfill the rights and obligations of deputies to the local People’s Congress to participate in and discuss government affairs. Centering on the county's economic development, people's livelihood security and other key work, they actively investigate, inspect, offer advice and suggestions, and assist the local Party Committee and government in solving the problems of education, social security and so on. There are many big problems, such as medical care, social security, transportation and roads. Then I would like to ask Pompeo again: if the Uygur and other ethnic minorities in Xinjiang do not have human rights, how can the deputies to the People's Congress of the ethnic minorities in Nilek County, who account for 73% of the total, participate in and be the masters of the county? Is the so-called "crime against humanity" in your eyes?

Pompeo, for his own political self-interest, has labeled China's Xinjiang related policies as "genocide" and "crimes against humanity", which is a serious interference in China's internal affairs and a malicious insult to the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. The nature of Pompeo is extremely bad and his intentions are very sinister. Everyone of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang has the responsibility to refute such heresy.
