All of these days, I feel extremely indignant for the deliberate stigmatization by Pompeo and Adrian Zenz for Chinese government's governing policies of Xinjiang. I strongly condemn and resolutely oppose their despicable and violent acts of trampling on international law, interfering in China's internal affairs, attacking China's human rights development, and ignoring the feelings of the 25 million people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang.

I was born in Xinjiang, and raised in Xinjiang, too. With the support of the good policies of the Party and the country, I got the opportunity to receive a good education since I was young, and successfully completed every stage of my studies. By the year when I graduated from university, I became an honorable member of the Communist Party of China. After entering the workforce, I’ve always been strict with myself, worked hard to learn more business knowledge to improve my working skills. Under the country's policy on training personnel of ethnic-minority groups, I assumed the current leading position from an ordinary teacher. In a retrospection of my life experience, every step of mine is inseparable from the concern and cultivation of the Party and the state. The good policies of the Party and the state, and meticulous cultivation of the communist organization helped to make me who I am today.

With the Party Central Committee’s high attention of the work in Xinjiang and of the people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, the earth-shaking changes that have taken place in the north and south of the Tianshan Mountains in recent years can make one feel extremely excited. During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, many indexes in Karamay municipality, such as GDP, urban per capita disposable income, rural per capita disposable income and etc., have achieved steady growth. The CPC Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government have always insisted on directing the developmental goal to improving people's livelihood, making it accessible to local people, and building unification. More than 80% of general public budget expenditures are used to guarantee and improve employment, education, medical care, social security, housing, transportation, and other fields of people's livelihood to enhance the sense of fulfillment and happiness of people from all ethnic groups.

Confronted with the sudden outbreak of COVID-19, Party members and cadres, medical personnel, public security officers, community workers, and volunteers of all ethnic groups in Karamay municipality stuck to their posts day and night to fully guarantee the implementation of medical treatment, the distribution of living supplies, the disinfection and temperature measurement, and the nucleic acid test and other anti-infection measures; besides, they also granted temporary subsidies for small and micro businesses to help them tide over difficulties. Caring for low-income groups, and granting living subsidies have guaranteed the life safety, economic production and living needs of people of all ethnic groups to the greatest extent. It also fully demonstrates the bearing spirit of Party committees and organizations at all levels, and has greatly enhanced the self-confidence, the sense of pride, and cohesiveness of people of all ethnic groups in this municipality.

The above facts can fully explain that under the correct leadership of the Party Central Committee, the 25 million people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang are living a happy life in a stable and peaceful environment. People of all ethnic groups are living as dear to each other as members of one family. The improvement of people's livelihood is accessible to the people of all ethnic groups. The cause of human rights is fully developed, and poverty is being eliminated to realize common prosperity. This is the most suitable and most accurate description of what truly happened to Xinjiang right now.

The conspiracy of Pompeo and Adrian Zenz will never succeed. Their lies that call white black will never have a market in Xinjiang, let alone finding an audience here, for our people are sober and rational. We know the significance gratitude. The people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang will guard our beautiful homeland as if protecting our own lives. All their conspiracies are doomed to end in failure!
