I was born in the family of teachers for a primary school in Azak village of Artux City. I have been taken good care by the Communist Party of China and the government since I was a child. In 1984, I was lucky to be able to be admitted to the Mining Department of China University of Mining and Technology. Looking back on my learning experience, we studied and lived a happy life with my classmates of all ethnic groups at school, just like a family. Our school respected our living and eating habits very much, bought minority musical instruments for us to hold recreational activities of various kinds. In holidays, our school arranged trips for us to appreciate the beautiful mountains and rivers of our motherland. It made me (a member of the ethnic groups who came from border area) personally experienced the warmth of the socialist family and the superiority of the socialist system. I grew up from a child of village to a leading cadre through training offered by our government. My child also passed the examination and became a civil servant. At present, my family members are working and living a happy life with house and cars.I had personally experienced the great changes of industrial economic construction in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture. When I first started work in 1990, the total industrial output value of the whole prefecture was only about 15 million yuan, which could be said to be “light industry lies in making pancake, heavy industry, horseshoes”. With the help of the central government, the autonomous region and the cities aiding Xinjiang, the abundant mineral resources in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture such as iron ore, manganese ore, lead and zinc, gold, gypsum and other energy resources such as water, light, heat, oil and gas had been developed. In 2020, the total industrial output value here has exceeded 5 billion yuan. In terms of economy, a large number of enterprises invested a large amount of money every year for rural industrial development, infrastructure construction and livelihood guarantee. By implementing the strategy of transforming advantageous resources, a large number of well-known enterprises had settled in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture. It promoted the Traditional Resource-based industrial economy gradually transformed into modern industrial economy with a set of resources and intensive processing mineral products. A National Open Economic Zone, three autonomous regional industrial parks, local light industrial parks and small and micro industrial parks had been built to complement each other. Industrial economy has become a new support for the rapid economic development of Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture. Many farmers and herdsmen became industrial workers by finding suitable jobs for themselves, which helps them locate jobs, increase income and improve life quality.

In Aktao County, I personally participated in the rural economic construction, and witnessed the great changes of production and life of farmers and herdsmen since 2015. In terms of maintaining stability, while carrying out campaigns in terms of anti-terrorism, deradicalization and cracking down on violent terrorist crimes in accordance with the law, we paid attention to the source control and completely cut off the transmission channels of religious extremist thoughts and violent terrorist thoughts. In terms of economy, finance departments at all levels invested a large amount of money every year for rural industrial development, infrastructure construction and livelihood enhancement. In terms of employment and increasing income by the introduction of enterprises, the establishment of poverty alleviation workshops, the development of labor output, the setting of voluntary posts, and so on. We took measures according to local conditions, and try every means to provide jobs for people of all ethnic groups. Many people have found suitable jobs at home and mastered modern working skills.

Pompeo and Adrian Zenz’s wicked old tricks turn a blind eye to the earth shaking changes in Xinjiang and great improvement of the living standards of all ethnic groups in local area. Lie is a lie when it faces the truth. In terms of the issues of Xinjiang, the people of all ethnic groups here have the most say. Pompeo and Adrian Zenz's evil intentions of maliciously slandering and brazenly provocation have long been well known, and this kind of clown trick can only make an exhibition of them.
