Pompeo and Adrian Zenz had constantly lied on Xinjiang-related affairs, distorting the truth, ignoring the facts, interfering in China's domestic affairs seriously, which trampled on international law and hurt the feelings of people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang. I strongly condemn and firmly oppose their evil remarks. The lies of Pompeo and Adrian Zenz are complete nonsense and do not reflect the actual situation in Xinjiang.

As an ethnic group’s cadre, I grew up under the flag of the Communist Party of China. As one who witnessed, experienced the great development and changes in my hometown Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture, I also benefit a lot . In the past, the infrastructure construction was lagged behind in my hometown, and the roads were all dirt roads in the countryside. On a sunny day, we're covered in dirt, while on a rainy day, we’re covered in mud. The school buildings and classrooms were made of adobe. As a result, it was very difficult to carry out normal teaching for teachers, and it was hard to go to school or return home for students once it was rainy or windy. The rural masses lived in clod houses and drank unhygienic dirty dam water. Thanks to the Communist Party of China’s policies which aim to benefit the people, together with the selfless assistance from our fellow provinces, great changes had taken place in our lives. People do not worry about food, clothing, shelter and medical care. Children can study in a bright and spacious classroom, with tuition and textbook fee covered by the government. People are able to live a peaceful life and receive medical check-ups in their old age, and receive subsidies for husbandry, planting, agricultural machinery and housing. Many ordinary families have bought cars; electronic appliances have been popularized in rural homes. Over the years, our Communist Youth League system had also carried out many actions to benefit the people. Such as "Youth League Birthday Party", "Youth League Caring Education Action", "Caring Ticket Activity" and "Red Scarf Class", etc. to send the warmth of Communist Party of China to every teenager. The campaign "national unity one family" integrated camp activities with the exchange with inland provinces and cities which had been assisting Xinjiang. The government provided transportation, food, accommodation and so on. Children of farmers and herdsmen arrived at developed coastal areas by plane for visit study and sightseeing, which broadened their horizons. Thousands of millions people of all ethnic groups had benefited a lot from these good policies. When talking about the changes of their life, they just could stop, being grateful to the good policies of the party and government from the bottom of our heart.

I was born in 1980s and grew up in 1990s. My generation had witnessed great achievements in Xinjiang together. The people of all ethnic groups in Xinjiang, together with the people of the rest of the country, are embracing a fairly comfortable life. From 2018 up to now, I work in the village of Tashpushka in the town of Artux. I witnessed the huge change of the poor village under the concern of the Communist Party of China and the country. That countryside was a place stricken by extreme poverty, the natural environment was bad, lack of resource and support to develop. Rural infrastructure was lagged behind, transportation was inconvenient, information was blocked, the professional skills of farmers and herdsmen were low, the number of employed workers was very small, and the proportion of poor households was very high. With the good policies issued the Party, all the poor people in the village were lifted out of poverty at the end of 2019. The annual average gross income of farmers has risen to more than 10,000 yuan. Service for the aged villagers, the percentage of medical insurance and receive free medical check-ups has reached 100%. All school-age children enjoy 15 years of free education in school. The village had set up carpet cooperative, farmer’s market to absorb the surplus labor force employment, carried out the project to help the poor household out of poverty one-to-one, distributed the livestock for free, built the enclosures for cattle and sheep, and tamped the foundation of industry development. Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security provided farmers skill training to insure job training can be matched with job posts accurately. Villagers found jobs in the field of construction, industry and transportation and so on. More than 2,000,000 yuan was invested to transform the tap water net, the safety of drinking water was fully guaranteed. Upgraded the power grid to solve problems such as low voltage, unstable voltage, and aged power grid. Every household had access to broadcast, television and broadband network, villagers can listen and watch program, browse the net at home. The government also invested much capital in building rural highways. The one is from the village to city of Artux, another is to the town of Artux. These had improved the travel condition of villagers. You can go to the Tashpushka village to have a look or take a walk now; each house is in neat and uniform. Each tarred street is flat and broad, each street lamp shines like stars, it lights the night sky of the village. The pace of constructing beautiful countryside is accelerating, medical care for the common people is now guaranteed, and their income has increased.

Xinjiang enjoys the stable development now, our life is becoming much better, and the sense of security, happiness and contentment has improved significantly. The Communist Party of China and the government provide such a great development environment and life condition, In Pompeo and Adrian Zenz’s eyes, our efforts has become “Crimes against humanity " and "genocide" ? Why do you turn a blind eye to the current good situation in Xinjiang and instead fabricate facts and attempt to destabilize Xinjiang? As a locality, we will never allow this happen!
