"Hello, I am cotton farmer in Yuli County, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. I'm now running a cotton farm with an area of some 66 hectares. Today, I want to show my cotton fields.

Our Yuli County has more than 73,000 hectares cotton fields. The County has no air pollution and almost every day is sunny. So, the cotton that we planted has special high quality.

My county has been listed as one of the major cotton production bases in China. I'm so proud of it.

For generations, my family has been living on the same soil, where my father and grandfather broke their back planting cotton in the field. Fortunately, those hard days are gone for my generation. We don't need to work by hand. Nowadays, we have drones and other mechanics to assist us to plant cotton.

Now, I will show you the large seeder. There is a drip irrigation zone to save water. It can also set three mulching films at the same time. The variety of the cotton is great, and this is the cottonseed.

It was expensive to hire others to pick cotton manually in the past. It is machinery that has made our cost reduced by 1,000 yuan per mu, which is very low.
