On November 21, 2021, herdsmen ride their horses galloping through the snowy fields at the Zhaosu Horse Farm in Zhaosu County, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang. In recent years, Zhaosu County has expanded and strengthened the modern horse industry. The current horse stock has reached 144,000 and the horse industry has become the main source of income for local farmers and herdsmen.
