On March 31, 2022, herdsmen transfer their livestock from the Barluk Mountain winter pasture to spring and autumn pasture in Yumin County, Tacheng Prefecture, northwest China’s Xinjiang.
In early spring, a large number of livestock in Yumin County transfer from the Barluk Mountain winter pasture and Mayile Mountain, about 200 kilometers away from Yumin County, to the spring and autumn pasture. The transfer began in late March and will end in mid April. It takes nearly 7 days for herdsmen to transfer from the winter pasture to the spring and autumn pasture for the longest distance, and 3 days for the shortest distance.
Flocks of livestock eat fresh grass all the way, and many kinds of birds fly in the sky, adding infinite vitality to spring.
