With an effective operation of transportation, market and other circulation links, the vegetable production capacity of the autonomous region can basically meet the demands of its urban and rural residents. The supply of main agricultural and "vegetable basket" products is basically stable, and the market runs smoothly.

Since 2022, agricultural and rural departments at all levels in the region started to focus on ensuring food security and a stable production and supply of important agricultural products, and the ability to ensure the supply of food and important agricultural products continued to improve. The latest agricultural situation dispatch shows that current summer grain production in the whole region is coming to an end, with more than 90% of summer grain harvested, and the re-sowing of corn basically completed. Local governments are taking "stable production, supply and quality" of "vegetable basket" products as the most important and urgent agricultural production task, and are taking strong measures to increase the market supply of "vegetable basket" products, effectively supporting the overall epidemic prevention and control in the region.

According to reports, in response to the present urgent situation of epidemic prevention and control in the region, agricultural and rural departments at all levels make overall arrangements for agricultural production in a timely manner. They seize farming time and season, make full use of the wheat fields and courtyard, and actively guide farmers to grow Chinese cabbage, Qamgur and other winter storage vegetables to improve the supply capacity of "vegetable basket". To ensure a stable and increasing production as well as a timely harvest and sale, professional and technical personnel are also organized on field trips to production fronts, providing technical services to help farmers solve practical problems encountered in vegetable cultivation and production.

At the same time, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the autonomous region will work with relevant departments to guide all local governments to strictly implement epidemic prevention policies, organize all the work concerning agricultural production in an orderly manner as required, and help all localities timely open up the production and supply of agricultural products so that various stabilizing measures will take effect.
