Xinjiang’s characteristic agricultural products are expected to expand the market at the 7th China-Eurasia Expo

The 7th China-Eurasia Expo is coming on the occasion, all preparations have been done across Xinjiang to show their good images on the feast and promote characteristic advantageous resources, so as to expand the market by taking the advantage of the Expo. (Shiliuyun- Xinjiang Daily)

On August 12, 2022, Feng Xiaolong, general manager of Xinjiang Lop Village Biotech Co., Ltd. in Yuli County told the reporter that they will take their products such as newly developed rose tea and luobuma honey to the Expo, hoping to get to know more domestic and foreign merchants and expand the market.

Xinjiang Jingqishen Wolfberry Development Co., Ltd. is a company engaging in wolfberry deep processing. It produces more than 20 kinds of high value-added products from dried wolfberry to wolfberry puree and wolfberry beverage.

“We will exhibit more than 10 kinds of selections of our products in two booths this time. We hope to promote and sell our products through the platform of China-Eurasia Expo, so as to enhance our brand awareness and seek more cooperation opportunities on the basis of our existing domestic and foreign customers.” said Dai Xusheng, president of the company.

The China-Eurasia Expo, which has been successfully held for six times, has provided a broader market for Xinjiang's characteristic agricultural products and promoted the upgrading of the industry.

Kashgar Jiangguoguo Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. participated the China-Eurasia Expo once before. This time, the company will exhibit their upgraded products such as yogurt probiotics and daily nuts, etc.

“Our products that will be exhibited were developed on the basis of full investigation of the Expo and consumers’ habits. We believe these products will be popular among the merchants in and outside China,” said Bai Shuangwei, director of the company.

In addition to the delegations from different regions, part of agricultural products enterprises of Xinjiang will participate the Expo to exhibit their products in the agricultural products and food exhibition area. “The agricultural products and food exhibition area of the 7th Expo covers an area of 18,000 square meters, which is the largest exhibition area in the commodity trade exhibition area,” said Zhu Diqiang, director of the investment and exhibition department of Xinjiang International Expo Administration.

During the Expo, it will hold a special promotion event for agricultural products from provincial-level regions that offer pairing assistance to Xinjiang. Up to now, more than 300 agriculture-related enterprises have registered and passed the preliminary qualification review, and more than 100 large purchasers from all over the country have signed up for the Expo.
