Handmade vermicelli

Farmers in Mulei Kazak Autonomous County have the tradition of planting potatoes. And the potatoes planted here are large with high flour content. In 2022, more than 2000 mu of potatoes are planted in the county. In order to extend the potato industry chain, the local government has built a vermicelli processing plant, so that villagers can work nearby and earn 100 yuan a day. And the handmade vermicelli has been sold to Changji, Urumqi and other places. In recent years, Mulei Kazak Autonomous County has adhered to the development of green organic planting, constantly extended the industrial chain of agricultural products, increased the additional value of agricultural products, promoted the intensive, standardized and large-scale development of agriculture, improved agricultural efficiency and increased farmers' income.
