At 11 o'clock that day, the passenger train C857 left Urumqi Station slowly. On the sunny spring weekend, 706 passengers took the "One-stop" intercity passenger bullet train to the "Oil City" Karamay, northwest China's Xinjiang. Compared with the previous trip, passengers on this train can arrive at their destination nearly an hour earlier.

On April 1, 2023, the Xinjiang railway department rescheduled the train diagram. As the key additional trains after the adjustment, the "One-stop" Fuxing quality intercity passenger bullet train made its formal debut from the Urumqi Station synchronously to three directions, namely Karamay, Yining and Korla in Xinjiang on April 1, 2023. With point-to-point direct access and no stops in the way, the C857 train brings new options and experiences for travelers. (Photo by Shiliuyun - Xinjiang Daily/ Zou Yi)
