Shiliuyun/Xinjiang Daily (Reporter Zou Yi) news: On June 19, 2023, the first high-efficiency photovoltaic module of Xinjiang Shangyao New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. was put into operation in the industrial park of the northern district of the Urumqi High-Tech Industrial Development Zone (New Urban District) in Urumqi City, northwest China’s Xinjiang, marking the official launch of a 2 GW high-efficiency photovoltaic module production project and filling the gap in the production of high-efficiency photovoltaic modules in Xinjiang.
