As an old saying goes, "Warm breezes arrive as the Minor Heat comes." Minor Heat, or Xiaoshu, is one of the 24 solar terms in the Chinese lunar calendar.
It is the 11th solar term of a year and the fifth solar term in the summer. As "Xiaoshu" arrives, the dog days of sanfu, the hottest period of summer, will soon begin.
