Shiliuyun-Xinjiang Daily (Reporter Han Liang) news: The Kongque River Wetland Protection Community is located on the Dujuan River, a tributary of the Kongque River in Korla City. It has a total length of 10.65 kilometers and an area of 264.289 hectares. It is an important project to improve urban ecology through the purification and recycling of industrial wastewater. The wetland protection community can fully utilize the ecological functions of wetlands, scientifically protect and repair small and fragmented wetlands, which is of great significance for protecting the integrity of wetland ecosystems, maintaining biodiversity, and maintaining the ecological balance of the Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture.

In recent years, the ecological environment of Korla City has been continuously improved, providing a good habitat for more migratory birds, and Korla City has been committed to building an urban water ecological barrier and creating an artificial "green lung" in the city.
