"I would carefully check the work of each team member to guarantee that the assembly task is completed accurately and correctly in the stipulated time." The company's assembly line A shift leader, Bie Wenbo, said that a large heavy truck is made of many parts and components, and workers are very cautious and careful when dealing with every spare part that they handle.
The vehicle frames in the entire U-shaped assembly line are required to be equipped with balance shafts, traction bars, fuel tanks, front and rear axles, engines, radiators, tires, and other components. These parts are transported to different workstations through mechanical devices located above the production line. Skillful workers efficiently carry out the assembly tasks ensuring a smooth flow of the entire process.
After 30 simultaneous operations, it takes an average of 10 to 15 minutes for an X3000 dump truck to leave the production line after being assembled. A total of 323 dump trucks from this batch will soon be shipped to Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

In August, 20 clean energy methanol heavy trucks were produced for customers in Xinjiang.
Shi Xinli, deputy general manager of Shaanxi Automobile Xinjiang Company, said that as an upstream enterprise, they will continue to let the local authorities run the components business and vigorously promote new products. Shaanxi Automobile Xinjiang Company will rely on its own parts demand, actively drive the casting-related supporting industries, and further form industrial clusters to enhance the supporting capacity of the advanced equipment manufacturing industry, and improve management benefits.
