"Bailu," or White Dew, is the 15th solar term on the Chinese lunar calendar. It falls on Sept. 7 this year. White Dew indicates the real beginning of cool autumn. Temperatures gradually go down and vapors in the air often condense into white droplets on the grass and trees at night.
