Photo shows view along the Duku Highway, which is known as the most beautiful highway in Xinjiang. Duku Highway, namely the Dushanzi to D217 Highway Kuqa section, connecting Dushanzi District of Karamay City in the north and Kuqa City of Aksu Prefecture in the south, is a more than 560-kilometer-long scenic roadway running through the peaks, forests, glaciers landscape and river valleys. The completion of the Duku Highway has shortened the distance between northern and southern Xinjiang by nearly half from the original 1,000 kilometers.
