Greylags fly to Bosten Lake, NW China’s Xinjiang

As the temperature rises, a large number of migratory birds have flied to the Bosten Lake scenic area in Bohu County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. On March 12, 2024, many graylags played in the area, creating a beautiful picture of early spring.

Bosten Lake is located in Bohu County, Bayingolin Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with a water area of 1,646 square kilometers. It is the largest inland freshwater lake in China and an important habitat and transfer station for migratory birds.
